MATS is a far better keeper than majority of names put forward as a replacement in recent years.

Who is better than him? Courtois.. who else?

Lets do same game as couple years back and pick a couple in La Liga or EPL and point out goals they concede that MATS gets lambasted for.

Oblak made a howler last week away to Villareal and absolutely MATS been better the past few years.

Mamardashvili who struggles to kick the ball and had howlers both against Barca and Real as they concede 9.

IMO GK is the easieast position to develop in football.

That's why you have North Macedonians and Georgian GK's that are in the discussion for Barca, but when it comes to outfield players, there are 1-2 that one can count as great.

Damn poor Bulgaria NT have a generation of good GKs, but that's about it. The rest of them outfields are Italian Serie B level, if they reach prime levels.
