Raphinha is not mediocre, he was one the top perfprmers last game. You can say he was one of the best last season.
As for Torres, its probably because he doesnt want to start Olmo right away, and for the AM position Fermin might not have yet impressed him or he is still giving Fermin time to become physically fit.
