haha, if thats true than we can stay home to safe energy, he did screw us against athletico in the copa return leg( non ex-isting penalty against pique, red card for suraez for nothing) and ouf course the shameful villareal-madrid stuff.

he officiated one clasico already in his career: they first one under Lucho in 2014 were we lost 3:1 at bernabeu, of course with a very soft handball penalty against us, oh and he booked at leastr 4 of our players in the first 30 minutes of the game. for 0815 stuff.

he is basically an open madrid supporter, so if la liga wants him as a titel-deciding clasico referee it does say it all!

Is there a way to reject a referee? I think for Clasico matches La Liga should invite outside referees, somebody approved to referee CL games. UEFA could start such a program for very special national matches across the big leagues of Europe.

Cope reporting that La Liga have asked clubs to reserve a space in their stadium to install VAR. The intention is for it to be used in the spanish supercup.
