Is there a way to reject a referee? I think for Clasico matches La Liga should invite outside referees, somebody approved to referee CL games. UEFA could start such a program for very special national matches across the big leagues of Europe.

Dream on. Would be great, and I have thought of something similar, but that would be to acknowledge the problem. Right now La Liga doesn't agree there is any problems with the refereeing-standard, and therefore we are the laughing-stock of every other league in Europe.

Manzano, 100% sure.

Hernandez Hernandez is pretty much ok for spanish standards. yes the betis goal... but he is not a totally madrid referee. so im happy with him for the clasico!

Well... He can't deny us some obvious goal twice in season. But I expect him to be "inventive" in some new ways.

Mateu Lahoz is the best referee in Spain and should be in charge of the Clasico. Sure he isn't great, but he is the best in Spain and isn't biased. Only problem with him is that he enjoys the attention he receives a bit too much.

But he's at least usually consistent so if he doesn't give a call to a team for a certain foul, he'll do the same the other way.

Either Lahoz or Borbalan. These two are by far the best ahead of the rest tripe available.

I feel Hernandez Hernandez is the most Madridista ref out there. He always screws us over and is clearly biased. Him reffing el vlassico is just to put the final nail in our coffin for our la liga campaign.
