Cristiano is in tragic form all season long, but the 5 goals against Bayern will weigh in definitely, of course under the condition Real Madrid win CL.

Even if Real wins CL but he disappears in semi's and final and the rest of his year is mediocre I can't see how one good round in the CL will win you balon d'or.
And that's not even a big if. He will probably bench more games the coming season.

As much as I want to agree with you, unfortunately that's not the way logic goes with the retarded journalists (and previously managers that voted). Like @TornAndFrayed mentioned the scenario of 2013 is probability. It was Sepp Blater who weighed in on Cristiano with his idiotic remarks.

No surprises here - journalists are also corrupt. The world is ruled by fake news.

I am aware of this. But I feel that there has been a shift which started last year where people are universally accepting Messi to be the better player by a huge gap. Maybe this goes for the journalists too, and if it doesn't they probably were already biased towards Ronaldo.

Granted, Messi does need to win La Liga if Real wins CL. Then I am pretty convinced it will go towards him. If Real wins a doble it will be hard for him.
If Real misses CL but win La Liga, I still think it will go towards Messi.

It's not over if Valencia lose today, it will be over if we drop points though.

If Real are to drop points it will happen against either Sevilla or Celta imo.

Their bench will beat Granada.

Sevilla has always been shit at Bernabeu and Camp Nou and their last away win this season was in February I think.

Malaga. Their coach is a RM legend and we all know what their president just said about us winning the league. It's also the last game.

Celta. Doubt they will give their all aftersuch a long season in EL.

I'm not really so sure if Celta are willing to throw the game away in front of their own fans at Balaídos (one of the toughest away games), especially when Madrid are standing on the other side of the pitch.
