Yesterdays refereeing was a farce. Not only that Aspas first yellow was already uncalled for, as it was understandable for him to argue about the clear handball, but the second yellow for diving when Ramos clearly fouled him was one the most ridiculously wrong decisions I have seen. lately.

I really do not want to go into the usual conspiracy theories because it is even sadder that Barcelona could still have won the league easily with any halfway decent coach.
Even if Vigo had managed to beat Real yesterday I only would be wondering what stroke of genius Lucho would have to still fuck this up against Eibar.

I don't know about all countries, but in lots of countries where they have political problems, it often happens that one club is a political symbol of a country and that a government is connected with that club.
More or less, it is for "a good of the country" that "their symbol" club is winning trophies.

If some fans are coming from a country without huge political problems, without wars in recent history and without a part of a country trying to get independent, it is probably hard for you to understand the connection between Spain, their football federation and Real Madrid.

My country has been a part of two countries in the last 30 years. In the old country, one club was a symbol of a country (Red Star Belgrade in Yugoslavia) and refs and the government always wanted for their pride of a country to be a champion.

Later in Croatia, we got rid of Yugoslavia and of their Crvena Zvezda, but now our country has equal political and ideological problems and Dinamo Zagreb has been turned into a pride and a symbol of Croatia and 80-90% referees are helping them.
The same crap is happening in 10s of corrupted countries or in countries like Spain where Catalonia doesn't want to be a part of Spain.

I am sure that fans from more "normal" countries like Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Usa, etc where all parts of the country are equal and where one Swedish club is not "more Swedish" than the other one, can't completely understand this problem.
Football is there about sports and fair play, and not about politics.

So, it is not about a conspiracy theories and bribing refs.
It goes way deeper into symbolic and political things.

In short, 80% of refs will always help to Rm.
Spanish federation will always want Rm to win. They will help them on field, in fixtures, in lengths of suspensions etc.

That is not something which started today.
This lasts for decades and it will continue in the future.
Also, you can't make an appeal to anyone, since a federation and government share the same view that Rm is Spain and Catalonia are enemies of the Spain and that's it.

Rm will always get a help from ref and Barca needs to be at least 10% better to win La liga.

somebody should create a Youtube video with all Real Madrid offside goals + referee decisions against opponents, going their way. Anyway, the fact remains that they have a well balanced team with excellent backup players for most positions.
Luis Enrique's biggest mistakes came when he did not properly prepare for the most important CL games. While Zidane rested key players, Lucho played both the PSG and the Juventus away games with a tired squad.

I don't know well the amount of refs' favours that Madrid got this year, but at the end I think that the biggest regret for Barça is the fact that Madrid won lots of game in the last minutes.

at the same times, I rate Madrid have deserved the title, because last minutes are part of a match and because they're a really strong team

I can't speak about others, but for me, the biggest regret was that we worked so hard to get back in the race, and we blew it by just not showing up in La Coruna and Malaga. We also won plenty of games in the last minutes. Atletico away, Valencia away, Leganes at home, Madrid away just to name some. I really don't have this thing about late minute goals. They are the same as regular goals. But I just can't forgive and explain how you can show so little motivation in key games, like we did this season. There is no way in hell a focused and motivated team would have wasted so many points to so many weak teams.

Luchos Barca has always struggled against Malaga for some reason. He has a better record against RM lol.
But the worst match off the season was probably Betis away.

We deserve to lose this trophy just off of Deportivo and Malaga performances alone.

To think Madrid gave up their 7 point cushion and we put in such miserable and pathetic performances against Depor and Malaga.

Both the players and Lucho deserve the blame for those two results. I'll never forgive Lucho for starting Gomes and Denis in midfield. Absolute madness.

Worse than both of those has to be that loss to Alaves at home. We win that match we're champions. Messi and Suarez didn't start that one but it was against a newly promoted side at home FFS.

Somehow our depth got worse this season.

A lot of money spent. Three years spent with utmost patience for others.

End result being nothing.

I expect nothing from these guys, but if they don't take a look at themselves and their transfer strategy and squad the last few years this summer, then it's going to make life harder for the team and the next coach too.

probably the problems that caused the big defeats in CL may have been the same ones that caused loss of point here and there in La Liga

as you well know, nowadays' Barça lacks in amalgamation (more than players) in midfield and defense......and the big 3 in attack cannot do ALWAYS all by themselves....despite they remain the best front repart of the world, and you must not be upset for the next future . I don't think your board won't see the problems
