Congratulations to Liverpool.

Hope they can find some consistency and finish 4th in the league, they have a much more favorable schedule than Arsenal and Chelsea and will host both teams at Anfield. The Champions League needs one of its greatest ever clubs back.

Poor exhibition of penalty-taking you'll ever see. The Gerrard miss should 've calmed the nerves of the oppsn. But they even managed to outdo pool when i thought it wasn't possible. :icon_neutral:

They won at Stoke (away), Man City (away), and Chelsea (away). Probably a harder run than even the FA Cup. Liverpool definitely deserves this.

In fact, the Carling Cup draw was fucking tailor-made for Man United to get to the final. By the fifth round, Man U only had championship sides to face all the way up to the final. Didn't work out since they got knocked out by Crystal Palace, but still.

Couldn't sleep last night.........6 years without a trophy does that to you.

The only thing I wish for is that we don't think we only have to turn up to win, because we WILL need to work hard to win today.

With us in finals they are never relaxing games, I mean we're never 2-0 or 3-0 up and can relax - it is usually a tense and tight game in terms of the scoreline.

As I predicted

I mean, it's OK to celebrate, but dude come on, it's the freakin' League Cup.

How would you feel like if Barca went 6 years without a trophy and then in the 7th season won something? You wouldn't care what it is because it just means you've finally won some silverware.

I guaran-fucking-tee you'd be celebrating as hard as I did when A.Gerrard missed his pen - when I accidently broke an ornament!
