Leroy Sane

If Real runs away with this guy, because of Asensios injury, then my god I'm going to be bitter.

Reports say that Valverde wants another attacker (besides signing Firpo) if both Malcom and Coutinho are sold. I really hope to see some rumours soon that Sane is a target for that new attacker, and that we can get Coutinho sold after all (we should just sell to PSG for cash only).

I dont think we are an attractive option for him even if Malcom and Coutinho leave. No sane talent would compete with Suarez/Messi/Dembele/Griezmann. And I dont think we need him, a right footed winger for 40-50ME ala Malcom would be fine. As a german Im not convinced by Sane as well - maybe thats just me.

To Real: Them focusing on Sane, even if they get him, would be fine (at least short term). They need midfield reinforcements first badly.

So Real, who has Hazard and Vinicius wants to buy Sane? Yeah, I don't believe it. It's either Bayern or he stays at City.

IIRC Sane himself wants Bayern. He -and his GF and family- wants to go back to Germany

Every source is reporting different things but if it was clear like that Sané would probably already be a Bayern player now. I mean Pep openly said he can leave and Bayern is working on this since May so it doesn't seem that easy.

For me it looks more like that generally he would like to stay but Pep just can't offer him what Bayern offers = starting spot and being the main guy. It's also said his family (mother especially) would like him back in Germany (even though Munich and Manchester are pretty much the same distance) while his girlfriend wants to stay in England so that doesn't make it easier.

I think he'll join Bayern in the end just because they would look like fools otherwise with how often they talk about him  But it definitely wasn't an easy task to convince him. What would be understandable considering that going from PL and Pep to BuLi and Kovac is quite a big downgrade. It'll also -as always- be about money of course, don't think City would make their currently 3rd/4th winger a huge new contract offer even though they always say they want to renew.

But no matter if it happens or not i think the only possible outcomes are joining Bayern or staying at City. Can't really see some other club like Real just jump the gun, convince the player and offer City 100+ mil in the span of just a few days (PL window closes in 1 week).

Leroy Sané has decided to join Bayern. The German international is expected to sign a 4 to 5 year contract with a transfer fee of over €100m [Kicker]

City have a huge void now .. they definitely should buy Coutinho to fill it

Looks like it's happening 100M fee with 20M gross salary. Quite expensive but compared to Coutinho it's a bargain

Wonder what City is gonna do now if the Sané story is true, they probably want to get Sancho back next year so let's see if they even sign an expensive replacement at all.

Official Bayern account just denied that Sane to Bayern rumors. I think this just means that they're trying to respect City and they will probably announce Sane soon.

Bro, they aren't idiots.

Deep deep down in the bottom of my heart well there is hope .. hope that Pep will fix this fuckup of ours first by buying the likes of Raki and co. and then by managing us in 2 years time under the new election. Ah, a man can dream

They'll pay Oyarzabal's release clause.

Played 1857 minutes last season in PL with 12 goals 10 assists.
Sterling played 50% moore (2770) with 17 goals 15 assists.
So they produced almost exactly the same g/a per minute.
One is the big star while the other needs to leave.
Its a tuff branch.

Both of them are so much better than Dembele
