Meaning he will leave this summer.
I don't think it'll be this summer as Lyon actually has a good thing going. They're opening a new stadium, will be playing in the CL with a highly competitive squad of local youngsters, and will benefit from record broadcasting deals penned in 14-15 and debuting in 2016. In addition, they have the 2016 Euro's to look forward to, a competition for which Lacazette hopes to represent France. His best chance at doing so is logging consistent minutes as the focal point of a competent attack, and that's no certainty at a top foreign side. If he does leave, I predict it to be a season or few from now to a club the quality of Real, Barca, Bayern. Moving this summer to lesser sides ala Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool, etc, would be a lateral move at best.
Bear in mind, the emergence of Paris and Monaco has inspired competition in Ligue 1 that previously didn't exist. The addition of stars has brought success and notoriety(Ibra, Silva, Falcao), and out of that has birthed new, more fruitful revenue streams. Clubs aren't as keen to sell their prospects anymore in hopes of finishing atop the table in an effort to qualify for Europe, and when they do sell, they're finding French buyers at a greater frequency than before as was the case with Martial, Aurier, Digne, Thauvin, and others. In fact, Bordeaux is another club plotting the path of Lyon, and to a lesser degree, Monaco. Still a sellers league to be sure, but things are slowly but surely changing for the better.
