Good match from him, some nice dribbles and passes but he needs to change this boots. He plays better with dark boots.
That clear chance he just passes wide of the goal is atrocious and should've been a goal. Other than that 2 blocked shots which could've been scored with some more composure and luck.
Also should've had a penalty.
I think it's a matter of confidence. A lot of talk of open play goals and he himself probably feels pressure whenever a chance arrives. I'm sure it'll get better.

No, we won't.
He'll be even slower each passing week.
More tired, with a weaker composure, needing more and more time and space to take a shot.
Plus, the opponents will lose fear towards him and they will start to tackle him for fun from now on.
Is this 14 matches this season without a goal from an open play vs 11 men?
And it is not as if we played against Bayern and Liverpool 14 times.

One thing is sure, he needs fucking rest. Again two mamtches full time played by Messi. We shouldnt expect a good performance against Atletico, he will be too tired.

Pretty much were bossing that first half v Betis on the attacking side of game. Played well and should have been a few goals up.
Messi still makes Barca better though due to his individual ability as opposed to team playing as a unit in terms of pressing/movement etc.
There is no chance he will be sold in January but think he will join City for free in summer which not sure is a great move for them if not for his name.
Alright just looked it up there. Didnt realise the rules had been changed to allow a player play in the champions league for two clubs in a season
