Haaland will go after this season, city seems to be the best option for him. He will score 50+ goals every season there while Mbappe will struggle to score 30 goals.

I'd way rather have Haaland than Mbappe. But I also think that to get the best out of Haaland you will need a good creative midfield partner to supply him with chances. I reckon KDB might just be that partner at City, at least for a couple of years.

my take is that mbappe is the bigger natural talent. has more in his baggage.

haaland on the other hand is just defying everything with the numbers his pushing.

I'm really not sure about that, but I am open to other view points. It seems to me that Mbappe relies much more on his athletic attributes (i.e. speed, acceleration) than on an intelligent reading of the game (as does Haaland). Mbappe's touch, for example, is nothing spectacular. In short, I think Haaland has much higher long-term potential than Mbappe.

Exactly, buying Haaland with having that crap midfield wouldnt get the best out of Haaland. His finishing is excellent but you have to feed him with balls, thats why i think in city he will be a monster.

How do you come to this conclusion? Imo Haaland has way more talent than Mbappe who was overhyped as fuck in his monaco season. If there is one talent which Mbappe has then its missing lots of chances. Dont get me wrong he is a good player but until now i dont see him as a special player.

Mbappe and Haaland have no business to be compare...Haaland is pure striker,Mbappe is a second striker, goal scoring winger.I think we need more Haaland at this point, but we don't get either of them i think...Haaland will go to City and Mbappe is bound to arrive sometime to Real.

I mean, in terms of technical skills, Mbappe is superior. People like to reduce him to his insane speed, and obviously it's an incredible asset, but his dribbling and passing is also way above average (and above Haaland). That being said, Haaland is a pure 9 with a clearly defined role, and all his strength are actually crucial keys to being a great 9. He's more "specialized", which is not a bad thing at all, quite the opposite. But I don't think "what's Haaland's best position?" is a question that ever crossed anyone's mind. On the other hand, people are still figuring out if Mbappe is a winger, CF, or a SS.

I have to say i dont watch every Mbappe match but atleast 50% and in terms of dribbling or technical skills i dont see something special in him. He has lots of problems when he has no space. I agree with passing, he plays often great passes.

You may well be right, but they will be compared despite that. Messi and CR for example are very different kinds of players with the common attribute of phenomenal goal-scoring; because of that they were are and will forever be compared.

Unless one of them drops off the map a la Goetze/Dembele, Haaland and Mbappe will repeat that.

He has more problem against parked buses than against highe defense lines, obviously, but... so does everyone. He's obviously not Messi or Neymar in terms of dribbling, but he's still very good. That being said, I'm not sure Haaland is the second coming of Ronaldinho in that department...

After watching them in the CL against us, I think it would be huge mistake for Messi to join PSG. They are perhaps even bigger chokers than us, and I'm not even sure if Mbappe is as good as media makes it out to be. Great player no doubt, but not sure if he has that CL X factor. Also not to mention the huge media target Messi will be if he loses any matches with an all star attack like theirs.

What matters though is how Messi thinks PSG will perform WITH him.

Not to mention that in Ligue 1 playing for PSG, it's almost like retiring from football except for a few matches per year in CL. PSG have no real rival in this league. Complacency is their only rival.
