What a fans forum this is , last few weeks he was finished and everybody wanted rid of him. Hope he moves on , these supposed fans dont deserve him.
Not everyone on here is like this though, to be fair.
This is why you should never question this dude or say he is finished until he says it himself. I only did this once back in 2014 and then Bayern happened.
Last point I will make, go back to the beginning of the rebuild thread. A lot of people were saying long-term we cannot rebuild with Messi then, we should ditch him for Greizmann and I hope people now see why he is essential to the rebuild process. It isn't just what he does on the field, the interview Ilaix's father had where he talked about how much Messi has made Ilaix feel welcome and calm by talking and joking around with him, you really cannot underestimate how essential it is for these players to be playing with him and seeing in a way, what is possible as a footballer.
The same thing happened with him and Ronaldinho and that proximity to his genius when he was that young has played a huge role in helping Messi reach the heights he has now. This can have a ripple-effect over time for us if players like potentially Haaland, Ansu, Pedri, Puig and Ilaix (and who knows, Gavi and Collado soon?) can have the same sort of exposure and this can really help us not just have one player who inherits some of Messi's traits.
Last few months have proven just how crazy Barto was for trying to drive him out and is yet another example on why you never doubt the GOAT
