The CL is likely but not guaranteed. Just like the league isn't guaranteed for Messi. I do think winning LL has much more value than winning Bundesliga, although CL of course trumps both. Let's see what happens in May/June.

Proof that the early season was just non technical problems (motivation, anger) and about the new players to join the barca system.

If Barca win LL and CDR, and he win pichichi, which depends to atletico performance as well, and Argentina could win copa america 2021 (difficult but lets see), then he could get that seventh.
