If this indeed comes true and Messi goes, we need to RELEASE/FIRE the likes of Roberto, Alba, Pique, Umtiti, Busquets, Coutinho, Griezmann and anyone else who refused to either take a pay cut or even just leave, and we need to do it IMMEDIATELLY or until the end of the MONTH at the latest! The rebuild MUST START NOW! Without Leo there's no point in delaying it a second longer, much less a whole season!!! I don't think it's a tactic or it works, but it's not like that. Tebas will be remembered as the man who lost two goats, Ronaldo and Messi, and oversaw Liga's fall from grace. Losing Messi will be presented as his mistake. Plus, elections are coming next year and he was planning to run. Tough.

Maybe Messi being out of contract from 1st of July or whatever doesn't count towards that rule because he is a free player. Must be that we should lower the wage bill by reducing the salaries of players that are still under contract by either selling, loaning them out or swapping them or some shit. We are already over the cap with or without Messi so can't sign any player for 1/4 until we are under the threshold Don't know really, just trying to make sense of Tebas's idiocy.
