To the first point) Dude this makes no sense, even if i would have said something like that, that meant they wont win it next 2-3 years which was true, they needed Vini, Valverde, Rodyrygo to win it again. ''Never'' - ofc they will win it again someday lol
To second point) I said probably and yes it could be true as he would have gotten the Ballon dor in 2018 from Magic Modric even tough Modric would have deserved it more because of his WC run but we know its most of the time not the best player who wins itand i think they could have won another cl earlier than in 2022 as the level of cls last years was pretty low
They won the CL beating PSG, Chelsea, City, and Pool with Benz having a better CL KO performance than CR7 ever had, Modric, Kroos, Vinicius and Courtouis as important players, with lots of luck.
During CR7’s time it was him and 6-7 world class/ legendary players and luck as the recipe. Nothing really changed.
