You have to admit it is a bit funny though that Messi's lack of pressing up front was (rightfully) mentioned as one, if not our biggest issues and why our midfield and defence couldn't cope(this part is more questionable but whatever), and now we suddenly have Lewandowski doing the same at age 35.

Except that Lewandowski is not even 10% of the player Messi was for us.

Aye.. Messi lack of pressing, lack of movement/pace up top and lack of mobility in a DM.

Messi and Busi left and did not adress either.. if anything got worse.

Spent hundreds of millions and signed... 34 Lewa to lead attack and Romeu as only DM after Busi.

Couldnt make it up.

rRalistically we wouldn't just replace Messi and all he brought, especially with no money.
But a new DM should have been signed in 2020 or something.
