I dont know if ive understood it correctly but if i can pick 5 traits from both i would take:

Dribbling, finishing, vision: Messi

Leadership, mentality: Maradona

i would literally take all football things from Messi like dribbling, passing, shooting, football iq and all mindset things like mentality, leadership from Maradona
