Messi, at times, behaves like a petulant brat, exactly the same as Ronaldo just he manages to hide it better. Luckily we didn't witness it that much at Barca as he got everything his own way.

If Poch isn't 'worthy' or qualified to manage Messi that says more about the player than the manager - theres probably 3 managers in world football right now who are worthy and 2 of them demand their players give everything for the team.
