Don't think there is anything there. Messi was frustrated to be subbed of. At 34 years aold and not fully fit. If Ronaldo did that, most hating Messi in here would say stuff like "elite determination, winning spirit" etc.. classic confirmation bias. Whatever Messi does, some will love and so will hate.
