same website that had Ronaldo listed as being worth 50m last summer when Juve could only get rid of him for 15m and currently has him listed at 40m which no club will go near

unless Messi offers to play for free or close to that, nobody would even consider paying near 60m for him

Ronaldo is 35m

I was looking at it in $. Still, that''s about 2.5 times as much as what it took months for Juve to get of him last summer. Their values clearly have major limitations, especially with high wage earners like Messi.

Ronaldo has 6 goals in 5 UCL games playing for a dysfunctional United.

Also his transfer fee has variables up to 10m so 25m for a player that wasn't in Allegri's plans and the fact Juve needed money makes sense

After Ferran Reverter's announced departure, Barcelona have been negotiating with La Liga for the CVC deal. The league wants 70% of the proposed ?250m fee to go into infrastructure costs. However, Bar?a wants to use it for signings.

? @sport

Sources close to Laporta say he will use the CVC deal in an attempt to sign Messi and Haaland.
@ Andres Hernandez

All of Messi's enemies are leaving the club

" Signing Messi will not be a problem, he has negotiated a clause in his contract which allows him to leave for free at the end of the season"

0 point resigning him for a whole season. Maybe sign him after PSG just for a month or two so he can play the Joan Gamper match in front of a packed Camp Nou. Have the match against Real Madrid or some other decent team and let that be that.

he's no circus animal, mate. no player in their right mind agrees to that. plus, let's be honest, he is better than anything we got as playmaker or forward right now.

will never happen with laporta being here anyway. don't see the point of speculating this, only maybe if laporta begs on his knees for forgiveness.

a proper send off for him should have been mandatory, but it is what it is and it's not like this club hasn't thrown out its non-catalan legends before.

Better than nothing though. A 35 year old probably heading for MLS or something would agree to this. Plus we'd pay him 1m-2m. Circus animal is a bit of a stretch. Gives him a chance to hear his name shouted by our crowd one last time and potentially lift a final trophy regardless of what that trophy is. Great deal for him and club who would be able to sell tickets at whatever price they wanted.
