Because he got hyped to the tits when he was younger it got to his head, Bayern purchased him and rarely got the proper time he needs to develop and now every time he plays he looks mad desperate to make an impact that he makes bad decisions. Plus, his best attributes are about making noise but less so controlling games, he is a bullet not a gun.

So Shaq does not live up to his potential? I partly agree with that but he is still very young and with more playing time he could develop further.
Why does that make him a dickhead though?
At Bayern he never complains about his lesser role and seems to know that he has to wait for his big moment. He seems to be very confident but not arrogant.

I'm also very happy to have signed Lallana. He can play in a multiple of positions in the midfield/forward line and gives different options to the pace that we have. He offers guile and physicality in that position.
