look at the positives. even if lfc lose to arsenal were stil 4th come the midweek game barring everton dont win at whl. them midweek games include united travelling to emirates so that will be another good oppurtunity to gain points on em and we might get something against arsenal you never know. the sooner our back 4 get back the better. think midfield wll be the problem on saturday though.

i'd actually like to see kelly as right back and flaangan on the left vs arsenal. i feel like they would be quite balanced

This is the danger of sitting back and absorbing pressure, you will face a lot of other sides in the Premiership sitting with 9/10 behind the ball...Those are the matches Liverpool will need to show their quality...As a counter attacking side, we've seen they can be lethal

Impressive win nevertheless...Thought Coutinho, Suarez, Henderson, Skrtel & Sturridge all showed a lot of quality...Was hoping we'd see Alberto come on though

what's with the pessimism here LOL. I remember the days that some of your fans wanted Rodgers out. He's proving to be an amazing manager this season. You guys annihilated what should be the #1 team in the EPL..........

Only idiots wanted Rodgers out and only because we never interviewed Rafa. Which was the main reason for their negativity towards Rodgers at that time.

Will be nice to see Liverpool in next season's Champions League. I hope we draw them in our group if they make it.

good defensive shift but i don't think almeria is good preparation for him, being pushed wider then i ever want to see him.

He's shown some very slick play while at Almeria throughout his loan, I've been keeping up with him regularly and the move is building his technical/physical/mental abilities at the top level even if it isn't in the fully desired role. After seeing him as a deep CM in the u20 tournament and now a RW at Almeria, it's good to know how versatile he is. Probably could play in most of the midfield/wing positions in a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1.

i'm just porud his getting stuck in and picking up 7 yellow cards. he had a monster of a game with the reserves last season in the deep CM position, was like watching alonso at his best (but skinny and agianst kids).

hope br doesn't throw him away

"I think it is a good signal [the five players] and a good statement, especially for young British players, that if you come to Liverpool you will get your opportunity if your focus is right"
-rodgers

is this his way of saying i'm gonna buy every young enlish player there is?
