TBH Not too bothered Johnson is injured as he's been a liability for the past few months (after a first few great months though). I prefer to see Flanagan on the left though and Kelly/McLaughlin on the right. Rather than play Cissokho.

I don't think it was any negligence on Liverpool's negotiating team, just got gazumped by a more enticing offer. Same thing happened with Willian. Liverpool with the initial interest, then Spurs looked favourites and they in turn gazumped by Chelsea.

quite often people like to add up our summer signings and talk about how much they've actually done and i think its unfair, especially on alberto and sakho.

first sakho has been good, i think people just think if i don't add in the 18m man my total will 12m and my point won't be strong. slower then i expected though.

as for alberto i think his great every minute he plays, his passing is great and with more game time he can only get better. its just really hard to play a player to get his confidense up in a tight, tight, TIGHT season like this. he came on today and with seconds played 3 great passes that got ovation from anfield.
