The question is about part/whole. I dont undermine the other barcaplayers, I simply state that messi makes them look better Than they are(have been in january/february).

Yeah, our recent good run has nothing to do with the improved play of Suarez, Iniesta, Rakitic and especially Pique... And the fact that Alves now doesn't go as wide and forward as he used to so he actually became pretty good RB, instead of total liability... No, it's all about Messi in GOD mode...

Messi's god mode is so strong it has affected the others around him. Those players are in disciple mode.

As I stated a few times I think our performances are due to mainly messi, but also suarez, neymar and pique.

Raki had a couple of good games, and a couple of average ones. Nothing extraordinary to be honest. Iniesta has been rather weak this season, therefore I was very satisfied to see Him playing good against city.

Alves has been better, he was our worst player before christmas so the change is a substanstially one. But he is still just as weak in defense and I rather think that other players are doing good(msn) and that reflects positively on alves. The funny thing is, against Malaga, where everyone crucified him, his crosses were very good. But we are better off without those crosses in the long run:)

Our performances rely too much on individual brilliance, also our run in january/february - though we were better as a team.

I dont follow granada, but a fine result seems reasonable. But I also remember our malaga game, everyone - Even I - expected manita or something. Unfortunately we didnt create anything and made a new record for amount of crosses in a match.

I fear granada a bit I must admit, just laugh. I dont think our stats are good in early away matches. And maybe the players take too easy on this after 45 good minutes of outplaying city. Hope for some messi magic.

Stop being so pessimistic, your posts are just horrible to read.
Last time I'll do it to be honest with you mate. We need positive minded people here.

I dont like places where everyone has the same opinions, thats dangerous to be honest.

I try to be optimistic in my way, dont expect too much, but very happy when we succeed.

I enjoy and support the team just as much as everyone else.

I'm a bit biased because I like Messi a lot, but as much as Xavi and Iniesta were big part of the Barça game a couple years ago, today it's Messi who has to create everything, just notice how you (I) get disapointed everytime he gives back the pass in midfield instead of pushing through, you just know, he has to be the one to push otherwise it's not gonna happen, and it's just such a shame to see him dropping that deep to get the ball and try and take it all the way ...

Anyway, i'm expecting a win tomorrow, i won't venture into giving a score, at this point, a win is a win hehe

Hey Mehssi.

I just want to point out to you that messi is a big part of our gameplan. We usally try to play through him if possible and we should! He is the best player after all.

Im sure if he got rested or injured we would do just fine. Just take a look back at the first part of last season. Messi was out a long time then and we still won most games.
