I dont think I can continue this conversation,"I am having an old friend for dinner";)

No seriously, they dont like voodoo mode around here. They tend to ban the voodoo for his opinions(dont know whats wrong with the opinions though), so voodoo must behave properly.
I'm just proving your statements wrong. That's what forum is for, right? Not my problem you fail to realize your claims aren't realistic at all

This is the perfect chance for Barca to get closer to the first place, leave ATM in the dust and to improve their amount of goals in La Liga. ATM is playing Sevilla away from home and I don't see them taking all 3 points. Sevilla currently has 9 wins,3 draws and 0 losses at home in La Liga and they also didn't lose in Copa/Europe.
We're(RM) playing Villareal at home and It'll also be really difficult. Here's Sevilla at home this season :

Sevilla is still undefeated at home? Wow. I think they're the only team in La Liga yet to see a home defeat right?

Mhm, it'd only piss him off. There's no need to as well, he was all over the pitch the other day.
There are worse things than a Barca coach making Messi mad. Like burning Messi out in February, with a very heavy schedule with 3 cups to play for through May. When Messi gets pissed off at the coach, it does not seem to hurt his play.

Messi is a lunatic about playing every minute, no coach in his right mind can let Messi have his way about that. The only coach Barca has had in recent years who had the guts to do his job controlling Messi's minutes was Tata. Tata was a disaster second half of last season, so he had to go. Lucho has to do some rotations the next three months, for every player. He's been doing a really good job rotating enough to keep his best players fresh, with the exceptions of overplaying Messi, Alves and Alba. I understand why he is afraid of Messi, and he clearly rates all his choices of subs at fullback as untrustworthy.

Even though we are (only) 4 points behind Real Madrid, if we were to win every single game left (hardly realistic) and Real Madrid does the same (except for the 2nd leg of el Clasico), we will still lose by 1 point.

That said, I think we should try our best in every single league game and not give up until the last game. However, I also think that we should attach greater importance to CL games.

I don't think RM will win every remaining Liga game except el Clasico. Barca really needs to keep the pressure on RM, get another unbeaten run going. But that does not mean playing the same 11 every single game, all but a very few games should have some rotation, more against the weaker opponents.

1. I dont have the impression that you have proved me wrong.

2. It could just as well be the other way around.

3. I have never made the claim concerning outplaying cl opponents. I am refering to collective performance/individual performance. It is my opinion that we have improved in january/february, but its not like raki and iniesta suddenly have a monster partnership, or that alba, masch, mathieu, rafinha, pedro have geared up their game heavily. Yes, better Than before christmas, but its msn that have been genius.

Yeah they are. In EPL it's Chelsea,Ligue 1 it's PSG ,Serie A it's Juve,Roma and Sampdoria. In Bundesliga it's Wolfsburg and Bayern. I was curious so I checked all the big leagues out. But Sevilla is above most or all of them cause most of them lost a home game in like cup,europe/champs league etc.

Messi showed to be more aware he's not 19 anymore in a recent interview. Said he is taking better care of himself because he is not so young anymore. So maybe now he'll be more open to being subbed during matches.

These are your words: "The first half against atletico home. We outplayed them. And 45 minutes against city. Show me a match where Barca has performed like a solid team? Bilbao away? Atletico away? Individual performance as far as I can see." Do you think it's possible to dominate EVERY match? You're negative over something that's impossible. I take it that you're not content that we're not dominating every game for straight 90 mins? We've had a bunch of solid and collective performances this year, even though we didn't dominate through the whole game as it's not even possible!

The Whole team stepped up after the Anoeta Fiasco. Before the Anoeta loss, The Team Relied to much on the Front Three to make stuff Happen. But Now Ever since the Loss, Everyone stepped up big time,Including Lucho who at one time A lot of people wanted him sacked. Rakitic was one dude who Stepped up big time. During the 1st Round of the Copa Del Rey match vs Elche it was by all accounts a Subpar Performance and So many people thought he was Done But ever since then He Turned it around and Proved to Lucho and a number of People he's a Much needed Starter. Messi is having some of the Greatest Performances since 2012, or even Better I'd Argue and Pique has returned to His Best. It feels now that we are Finally playing like a Team again and instead of Relying so much on MSN to Make Stuff happen in Mid air. there's still some stuff we can Improve on but Other than that I'm loving the Direction This team is heading.

Of course I dont expect us to outplay or dominate every opponent. I never said that because its nonsense.

Our disagreement is over "we have had a bunch of solid collective performances this year".

I would claim that we havent improved that immensily. And the results are mainly due to, well, to be honest, messi in god mode. I havent seen the the bunch of collective performances like you have. I have seen a bunch of performances where players like iniesta, raki, alves, rafinha, mathieu, masch, busi have played and cooperated ok, and where messi, suarez and neymar have fixed the results - due to individual performance.

Dont misunderstand though, I love to see the matches, but its messi that has been my primary motivation the last five years(not ashamed to say it). And I think most of the results are due to him, not the collective. I may be very wrong, but this has to be my last words for now.

The game against Man city honestly was not due to messi, without him we may have scored less goals, but we also wouldn't have conceded. The collective performance of the team was why we got that win.

Heisenberg, I was going to say I thought you had a friend coming over for dinner, I've been cooking & eating with my wife so... =S

Even after all of that you still think it's Messi doing all the work!? Are you sure you're watching Barça? Do you properly watch the matches? Bit bias pal and whilst I'm a Messi fan he hasn't been the one to wave the flag and carry us to glory.

Did you watch the City game the other day and how many passes were strung together beautifully leading to the goals and even efforts on goal after the run of play we put together???

Honestly pal this is why people are saying you're daft and your comments are plain stupid. It's why I've got a headache. Sorry but are you really a Barça fan or just a Messi follower? One thing is evident, you don't seem to know football and that's rich coming from me.
