Solid game. Been a very good signing for us thusfar and when he adapts fully... Who knows.. Will give Alba run for his money

Considering how Inconsistent/awful Alba's form has been for the past 9 months it shouldn't be hard to do tbh.

one of the things that frustrated me for awhile now was how lackluster Alba has been and not having a remotely decent alternative option on the bench until we brought in Digne this summer. Not saying Digne is Alba's level but I hoping he could at least put a fire under Alba's ass for him to get him back up to his best form on a consistent basis.

I wonder if Lucho will ever consider switching either Digne or Alba to right back. Its worth a try.

alba doesn't strike me as the type who could play the other side of the pitch .. he's a natural LB who can also play as a LW to some extent .. i think mascherano as a RB works better than ALba is case Roberto is injured-suspended

Again, He was more or less ignored by Neymar (despite making great runs) in today's game against Granada today....

I saw no funs whatsover..roberto did more from the opposite side.. digne is slowing down these days.. seems like the whole team is off tempo

He seems like he's slowing down because Neymar always ignores him. On the other side, Arda/Rafa/Messi always play Roberto

As soon as Alba got on the pitch Neymar started to try through balls.

Chemistry between Digne and Neymar are still not there (not blaming him, though).

I think he is good for a 2nd option. And an improvement over Matheiu and Adriano. It is normal for him to be worse than Alba, because Alba is a top3 LB in the world.
