No idea what to believe, but if it's true, I really don't mind it much. Only thing that bothers me, is if it'll make us panic and go full retard on Gameiro.

I think Lucas Perez is our backup option. If we can get him for around 15M I wouldn't mind him.

But then again, it's Sport reporting that so it could be just their usual BS.

Yeah, I read that as well the other day. Not the most exciting transfer out there, but I'd much rather take him for 15m than risk splashing 30+ on Gameiro.

The thing is Atletico wants Gameiro too.there is an actual chance we lose our top 2 targets in one deal

True that. However I'm sure we can find an acceptable alternative to 30m+ Gameiro. It will take some serious legwork from our management, I know, but if that's what it takes...

If I could understand this right, he's analyzing several offers and it appears he likes ours the most.

Pretty much. Don't know if it'll happen with Vietto, loan or otherwise but among the rumoured options he'd be an interesting fit.

At this point, however, the biggest need I can see is a scoring winger for that front line rotation. Nolito was a good option but the club passed for whatever reason (Age, fee).

Better development & attention to Deulofeu and perhaps he could've been an answer there

He prioritized Sevilla because of sporting reasons. This guy works for Argentina's TyC Sports.

Close to join a team that will challenge for La Liga this season.

Sampaoli is a very interesting man to lead a project at Sevilla, BUT I think you should lower your expectations a bit. Would probably take at least one season for him to sort out his ideas if you are to be right up there.
