Agree. We already had 2 big games this season ....against PSG and RM. Lost both.
Completely outplayed, just like against PSG. But hey, he has a pretty face and came from Real Madrid to play for us when he was a player. He can't do anything wrong
Still has A LOT to prove this season.

He failed to fix the problems that appeared after rm scored, but we started playing better. That right flank is horrible atm, Pique and Alves are in terrible form. Busquets also clearly missed Rakitic.

Point is: when you push Iniesta and Rakitic/Xavi out wide to cover for the fullbacks, you completely lose midfield control. And against good opponents that know how to switch from narrow to wide in a second (like Real Madrid), it's deadly. Their midfield totally outplayed us today, Busi was left all alone way too often.

To me Tata is a better coach than Lucho. Some might disagree with this because his Barca won nothing last season and had a bit of change of gameplay than pass-the-ball-for-the-sake-of-it-nonsense-with-no-defence. Compare his squad to Lucho's squad. His Barca also faced several on and off the pitch problems during the last season and yet his Barca didn't look this clueless in big matches. His shortcomings is not worse than Lucho tbh.

No balls, the same thing Tata was constantly accused of. Also, subbing Pedro in instead of Munir speaks volumes as well.

We have to be honest, we have a lesser squad then RM. We are losing the battle year after year during summer transfer season.
Where Real is smarter, and knew they had to upgrade attack and midfield in the last years to compete with us, we fail to recognize for some years already that our defense is not world-class (to say the least). RM have 3 central defenders who are much better than anything we have, yet our major transfer prospects of the last 2 years have been Neymar and Suarez, leaving no money for a truly world-class defender (or 2 of them). We buy mediocre players, really a shame as we were on top of the football world couple of years ago and could still be if money was spent well...

Tactically we weren't that bad, just lacked a bit of luck (that Pique handball, Iniesta giving away a goal for free, shitty set piece marking etc).
RM is just better at the moment.
