Can someone name ONE AVAILABLE manager in world football who could reverse our fortunes?

I cant think of ONE.

Van Gaal was available this summer. I know Man U aren't doing too well atm under him, but he is a very good coach as he showed in the world cup. He even coached Barca before, so he fits the "worked at Barca before" requirement that the board seems to have for the coaches they hire. I'm not too sure how good he'd be for us though, just throwing a name out there.

Wish Pep was available :cry:

His contract with Bayern ends in 2016 right? Same year our transfer ban ends and we hopefully get a new board :eusa_think:

People believing what as, a rm paper says... :facepalm:

I'm doubting Lucho very much now. If the team lost, but a clear system was shaping up, it'd be different. But right now it's chaos, players are lost in the pitch.
This freaking setup of having the midfielders babysit the fullbacks is probably the worst idea ever. And it doesn't seem like Lucho is willing to drop it. Barça playing bypassing the midfield... who would've thought.
There are players to build a good team, the problem is clearly the lack of system, and Lucho showing to be tactically clueless. I hope he proves me wrong and turn things around, but I don't have faith in him anymore.

Let's get real. Pep, Klopp, Mourinho, Simeone aren't coming.

Maybe if dortmund do shit there's a slight chance we can get klopp but he doesn't want to come here because he thinks he ll be forced to play the style he doesn't like. Maybe if we made clear to him he can bring his own brand of football he would be interested?

Barcelona's 22 points this season is the team's lowest number of points after 10 Liga rounds since 20072008, when they had 21 [via sport]

It actually should be quite easy to change our system to a 4-2-3-1 lineup. All of the spanish players are used to the system from the national team and so is Neymar. My only concern with that lineup is where we could fit Iniesta in. My strating XI would be something like this;

---------------- Bravo
Montoya | Masch | Mathieu | Alba
---------- Rackitic | Busquets
------- Pedro | Messi | Neymar
---------------- Suarez

Suarez as a true number 9. Messi slightly behind him offering passes for Suarez/Neymar/Pedro and shooting from outside the box (obviously also taking runs inside the box now and then). Neymar and Pedro as wingers taking deep runs etc. Alba+Montoya coming from behind assisting Neymar+Pedro on the wings, which will also allow Neymar+Pedro to take runs inside the box. Rackitic providing long-range-pases for Neymar/Pedro/Suarez and working his ass of box-to-box. Busquets cleaning up the mess.

Who could then supstitute each other?
Suarez -> Munir
Pedro -> Rafinha/Sandro
Neymar -> Iniesta
Messi -> He will never supstitute :D
Rackitic -> Xavi
Busquets -> Samper
Montoya -> Alves
Mascherano -> Pique
Mathieu -> Bartra
Alba -> Adriano
Bravo -> MAtS

I truly belive i could actually work.

About the formation discussion, how about 3-5-2?

--------Bravo/Mats----------
-----------CBs--------------
Alves-Masch-Rakitic-Alba
----------Messi-------------
-----Suarez--Neymar------
