Favre is a fantastic coach and tactician but he has been criticised for the same things; namely that he doesn't talk to the players and explain his decisions enough and that he's stubborn. There is also a language barrier.

I'm also genuinely surprised that some people want SAF as coach. Could you ever imagine him coaching our players? Just think about it. Him and our squad are like black and white.

Is it a face or what? Temporary sporting director during that times just can not be Pep or what people are really expecting in here? The club is in turmoil, elections may be looming etc etc and you expect that somebody famous puts his foot voluntarily in the snakes pest?
Moreover, Roura could have been bad interim manager when shit hit the fan and Vilanova got really ill, but he was part of Pep`s technical staff and is still director of academy and should know youngsters in and out at least (the thing we really need during ban period). Just hold your horses on damn guy, yeah the board is bad etc etc, no need to take this on Roura at least.
