Definitely, I thought he was the biggest idiot ever. But it did seem justified pre Anoeta. I guess he had a learning curve as well and improved.. Which he should be credited for since being pragmatic has a longer experation date than Pep like idealism regardless of how beautiful that was.

They are talking about the fact that Camp Nou is more open than Bernabeu so that the Madrid stadium is louder. Lucho is saying that when he was playing in Madrid they played music before Champions League games and that it embarrassed him. It confuses me a bit but maybe they played "fans noises" instead of real music, don't really know what he means.

In hindsight there was still something very off about the way we played under Tata even early on in the 13/14 season. And early on in the season, I felt like the team may have been continuing off of Tito's and the prior coaching staff's work.

Valdes had to save us several times and our attack was a bit suspect.

Defense improved dramatically under Lucho. But, as you mentioned, we had to play Pinto in 2nd half of season so that added to Tata's incompetence.

It was the season before that when our defense was a complete mess.In the start of the tata martino season,with 7-8 games in we had very few goals conceded and were playing good too.Defense and attak were both all right till december.Dunno what happened but as soon as jan came,a lot of players turned from world class to garbage like cesc.Neymar became bad too.Messi stopped running.Iniesta was the only thing close to good.This may not be the only reason why we went trophyless but this goes on to show that anything can happen.I just hope the team doesn't lose the focus and keep the form till the very end.

You don't get the point.I can name 100 things why we failed later on that did not depend on tata like individual performances etc and you can name it too but we went half a season well and half a season bad under both lucho and martino.Rm for example too,in the tata martino season, they turned monster suddenly in jan and after remaining monsters for the whole year turned bad as soon as 2015 started.All I am saying is that you can blame this and that but in football anythign can happen and the best we can do is not lose focus and let things flow like they are now.
