Barçapocalypse NOW!
Yes, the new coach talk should get serious now...

So, considering our board and staff, they should look at ex-Espanyol players and coaches, Pocchetino sounds good, but giving a Tamudo a shot at coaching seems interesting... Or we could scout Valencia's past coaches; Nuno, Neville, Ayestarán or even Voro could do the trick, after all they have already coached half of our squad... I wouldn't discard Mourinho, even though he's improving with United...

Seriously, fuck this shit!

He should resign for the good of the club. Too bad he won't. His ideas are what we are seeing now. A non existent collective play, and the team relying more than ever on individual brilliance.

It's sad to see Barça playing so bad like that. He lost key players in Xavi and Alves, and didn't replace them properly. Him and Robert, both made the signings this summer. We used to make fun of floper, but he started signing players with our style, like modric and kroos, and look at rm now. While our board apparently got dumber and dumber over the years. We need to be smarter, because we fight not only the rival team, but also rfef and lfp.

It's early to be looking at Madrid like a model. 1 title in 8 years is bad. Really bad.

We don't have teamplay, we lack motivation and rely on Messi to bail us.

I understand there's no Xavi no more and that it's tough to keep everyone motivated but club did what they could.
Lucho got 100mil.+ in new blood, players got or are getting renewals while already being paid highest wages in team sports.

Lucho AND players need a kick up their arses if they want to win something this season.

Bojan, I think tactics are all over the place. It wasn't an issue of motivation this game I think. He needs to be more clear about how players are supposed to move, because everyone is kind of running into each other.

He is a clasic example of a manager overcomplicating things.

What tactics?
Messi has a free role, Neymar can do what he wants. Hog the ball, slow our play, whatever.
Midfield is there to clean up and support msn and can't create anything.
We can't use subs to change the game because there is noone to help despite spending 100 million.

Tactic is: Hope Messi saves the day.

Lucho's downfall has been tragic.

You can't really blame any parties involved either. It made sense for the board to keep him after two great seasons and it made sense for him to be motivated to continue as well.

I never would have expected this harsh of a plummet though. This is just sad.

On signing players, they are better. And they have 2 cls to our 1 in the last 5 editions.

Not sure it's true. They had their share of failed transfers as well. As for CL, both could have just as easily been losses to Atletico. And it's not that hard to win The CL when you play Roma, Wolfsburg and City with the return leg at home each time. Overall we have been superior to them and out dominance in La Liga proves it.

The ways Lucho fucks up are becoming impossible to count now. This is worse than Tata Martino.

It's the manner in which we do it too. With Tata we struggled to break down opponents but still controlled the game in midfield, with Lucho we look like a nervous wreck passing it round at the back.. any team that presses high and does it well has a great chance against us. Something needs to change quick

They are better at signing and selling. Especially selling. Overall, they have signed better midfielders and youth players. I really hope I'm wrong, but the next decade so far is looking better to them. Messi is still masking many of the problems we have, and he won't last forever.
