Honestly he is not entirely to blame even though the most. The players have sucked individually and lacked motivation a lot and deserve criticism.

Except he did. Starting Mathieu, also Masch as dm. He really is arrogant.

How does it work?Should I book it in advance? Because I think there will be quite a queue in the dressing room:thinking:

I was thinking more along the lines of a dramatic entrance with a can of Coke, throwing some of it in his face, drinking the rest in front of him and taking my leave.

Except Lucho could never dream of reaching Mourinho's success, with multiple teams.

Lucho melts down with all of his teams the way Mourinho does but Lucho can only get get success if he has MSN and even then he doesn't do any better a job than I'd expect anyone else to do really. Tata MArtino could have easily won the treble if he had the team and board support Lucho's been given.

He confuses the team with 3-4-3, no 4-3-3, no 3-4-3 again. He has no idea what he's doing. He's scrambling and the players know it. Doesn't have any idea what to do. That's why he's turning on the players.

With Juve, he had players sticking to their positions and marking no one, while Juve's players moved back and forth finding empty space at will. Allegri just dismantled his dumb 3-4-3, with Mathieu on the left .

When players have the wrong attitude in two CL away games in a row, that's purely on the manager. That means he doesn't prepare the match well. The most important part of match preparation is making sure the players have the right a) attitude, b) tactics, and c) fitness level required to perform to the required level. Lucho has done a piss poor job on all three.

make that 3 CL away games in a row, the nightmare began in the away game to a largely average city side. we've dismantled city and PSG at home thanks to the sheer quality of the players and the home advantage but being out of depth 3 away games in a row is a definite sign of the manager being a completely clueless idiot. enrique's managerial level is celta vigo or roma, if that.

and this is all the more sad because for the whole of 2015, we were the best team in the world in away games versus other top teams. increasingly it looks like the treble was from intrinsic motivation of the players rather than some quality management on lucho's part.

Lucho 'crushed' his players with the video

The training session was delayed half an hour because the coach showed his players the videos to alert the danger of the Real and to review the failures of Turin

Half an hour later than expected, FC Barcelona players jumped into the pitch of the pitch Tito Vilanova to exercise for the last time before being measured to Real Sociedad. The delay was more than justified. If in the session on Wednesday there was a meeting between the coaching staff and the staff to analyze everything that happened at Juventus Stadium, this Friday Luis Enrique wanted to show images, not only of the mistakes in Turin, but of the rival of Barça this Saturday in The Camp Nou, where Barca will play few of the options left to get the championship.

During his appearance, Luis Enrique confirmed that the three precedents of this season against Real Sociedad, the two in Anoeta -Liga and Copa- and that of the return at the Camp Nou in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey (5-2) , Serve as "referents" because the Real does the same always. "It's a team that plays very well with the ball and that tirelessly presses when it does not have it," said coach. After insisting their players with the flaws and warning of the danger of the Real, this Saturday will have a good opportunity to prove that they have learned the lesson that transmitted the coach.

Crappy translation obviously.

I don't agree.
For Months I have been talking about our drained motivation.

The only way to test our motivation is to get a new coach.
If a team will play like crazy (motivated) on longer terms, then it was on Lucho.
If our team will be sleeping, the same as today, then it was not on Lucho, but on individual players who just have problems being motivated too often (since they won everything way too many times and their mental batteries have just drained, like in 10s of previous teams in the past).

+1 +1 +1 Getting a strong bench would also help to lit some fire under the asses of those sleepwalkers on the pitch!.............After having a decent starting XI of course!
