For a coach who refuses to implement a different system, constantly reusing the previous manager's ideas that already proved disastrous, of course chances of it working will be reduced to none, period.
Suarez already proved ineffective for many CL matches. This isn't just an "off-form".
Constantly replacing players is not a sustainable solution as well. I mean, you can get someone to replace Suarez but if the system is fucked, it's gonna yield the exact same result. Coaches need to improvise and develop tactics and players, before constantly seeking replacement. Also, the least the coach could do is to not play Suarez 90 goddamn minutes every match. Not only you would burn his old ass out, this is also restricting opportunities for other players.
