Luis Suárez

La Furia

Legion of Doooom
If i remember, Eto'o got forced out by Pep (who had a feeling and then went on to buy Ibrahimovic instead ), despite having a pretty good year overall as compared to Suarez who has been awful for quite a while now. Hell, he won a Champions league the next year too after leaving us.

People were hating on Eto'o too by his last year, as he was clearly already on the decline, although he had the decent fortune to be forced out before completely breaking down. He was basically converted into a defensive role at Inter, he was able to extend himself as a role player on a smarter managed team similar to Villa at Atl?tico that one year.

It seems to be a common theme since then that Barca keeps strikers for at least one year too many.

Ya he was a bit hard to watch in the final season after the winter break..But not even close to Suarez awful. He still scored more than 30 goals back then, also scored in the Champions league including the final.

He had a long term injury that he was recovering from. In Peps first season he was back to his best.

Not close to his best. Barca was incredibly strong at that time.

His best season is 2010/2011 with Inter Milan.

Also Suarez carried injuries for a long times.

True but what about Messi???

He should probably follow Suarez out the door as well.

His legacy wont be tarnished though. He will be remembered as the person who carried this shit Barca on his back and still one of the GOATs of the game.

Messi's reputation won't be hurt much similar to how Iniesta's wasn't after Juve/Roma or Alves' wasn't after the 17 CL final.

People recognize these are some of the greatest ever players who have now gotten old and are losing to young, hungry lions on the come up.

Suarez though was never in this category to begin with. Both he and Messi need to leave though.

Milito was 10 times better than Etoo during 2009-2010 season.

are u serious? eto'o sacrificed himself and played as a winger because inter had no wingers. who tf wants to see a slow ass milito playing as winger? it was only logical for mourinho to move eto'o there, especially since maicon was bombing up the field so much. someone with workrate and speed like eto'o had to cover. eto'o scored 15 to milito's 30 that season. next season eto scores 37 as the striker.

milito was not "10 times better". the fact that u said that means u either have no clue what you're talking about or you just don't like eto'o

Telegraph | Marc Overmars is serious about bringing Luis Suarez to Ajax. The first contacts with the player and Barcelona's administration have already taken place.

Even Telegraaf now reporting Ajax are going to put in an offer for him.

Sell. Sell. SELL.
