You know, I would not be against getting him on a permanent deal. Sure when he's not on it, he looks painfully slow but when he's on his game, he is more than useful. Also adds a variety in the profile department.

One of the best turnarounds I've seen in this club, went from literally making me think he can't even play football, now I almost always expect him to score

Impressive short appearance from him. That bicycle would have been an epic and his linkup play looked good.

I feel bad for ever talking shit about him. Not only has he scored some important goals and proved his ability, but a very likeable and humble character too. Never complained at being benched or when fans were giving him a hard time. Always said he'll work hard for whenever the coach needs him.

Now contributes every time he comes on, goals or otherwise like today where he had great linkup play.

I just don't understand why he wasn't given longer. Xavi is lucky we had 6 official minutes against Espanyol and Napoli to give Luuk more time to be involved.

This is Mr Europa League we are talking about. Should have had 20 mins min ( excl additional minutes).
