I wouldn't sell him this summer. But it is true that if Messi occupies the right then his opportunities will be small as he is not good enough for us on the left side- based off of his performances this season.

Saying that I would be more concerned with the Coutinho-Dembele being our combo on the left side and working out whats happening there.

I would sell them both. Coutinho is clearly not a fit and Malcom should go to a club where he'll play more. He'll never be anything more than a backup here.

We don't need to replace Malcom as he's our 3rd string RW/LW but I've said before I would bring a versatile striker who could also play as LW or ideally on both wings. We know who would be ideal for that role but he's not available so we should look for other options. Market is very limited though so maybe as alternative we should get a winger who can play upfront as well sometimes for a year or two until a better #9 option emerges.

I agree with selling both is probably best. Bring in griezmann and a young/rough diamond, but that latter could wait a year or two--see about jovic or felix or another at that point when suarez is truly done or nearly so.

Btw i dont think malcom is that fast--i dont see him leaving people in the dust like mpabbe, dembele, sterling, etc. Infact i think jovic may be quicker/faster honestly than malcom--i saw a burst against napoli havn't see on barca except by messi (who maybe isnt top end fast but very quick 1st 5 meters) and dembele.

How can someone unironically want that fortnite diva wear a barca shirt is beyond me, and saying that Jovic is faster than Malcom doesn't even make sense, maybe he's not Mbappe speed, but he's at least at the level of Alba.

If this is his actual level and if he plays like this on majority of days on training grounds, it is way clearer why EV didn't use him too much during a season.

Even though people often asked: did he sleep with EV's wife or something?

Maybe was EV right again in his estimations, hmm...
