1. Song-Solid all game, has constantly been getting better, his positioning and tiki-taka are both very impressive from someone not from La Masia (impressive in general in fact)
2. Alexis-Terrific goal, hustled well as usual but unlike normal looked so relaxed and confident, dribbled well and looked like a new player
3. Alves-Although a few crosses of his were poor, there were quite a few great ones and I feel he could have got an assist had Villa been playing better, and he tracked back pretty well this game

Alexis was good but he had a couple of balls where he was through on goal and his control let him down. Fabregas for me was the worst man on the park.

OMG people, really, Song??? Alves???

1. Alexis - goal was his best piece of individual work since joining Barça- maybe because Messi wasn't there to pass to.
2. Thiago - only midfielder with any sense of attacking tempo, but stifled by Cesc, Song and Iniesta, slow as molasses.
3. Xavi - in his few minutes on he steps up the tempo, leading to Pedro's goal.
