Pounds, that's basically 60 million a season which is the norm for top 4 PL clubs .Only world class we've signed in that period were Di Maria and Falcao.

Since when has anyone factored in money from players sold when talking about money SPENT? If that was the case clubs like Southampton would be in minus figures for money spent. Ridiculous logic lol

Since always..Getting the squad from the condition it was under Moyes to how it is today for 120 million is money well spent in my opinion...We have a good base to build for the future and all we need is 2 world class players who don't flop and a bit more adventurous tactics from the manager..

Nope. You're talking about profit or deficit. Money SPENT on players regardless of who you sell is £286 Million since 13/14 season.

Yes I'm talking about the amount of money spent from the club's profit.People say we've spent a lot but looking at the amount of money we make I'm not happy with the amount we've spent because Our revenue is set to exceed £500 million this season and we spend only £200 million on wages so there's a lot of extra cash to spend.

They're talking about the money you guys have spent on signing players, but still barely improved. You've certainly opened your check book and spent quite a lot.

I get that but I still think the money has been spent well and our squad is in decent shape in terms of quality and age...The problem is we need to spend that extra 100 million and get truly world class attacking players like who can make the difference...
