I honestly dont think they have LVG in place just to be competing for leagues/titles now. Obviously if it happened now then they would be delighted.

They have him there to try and bring a more technical style and player to hand the club on to the next man in a better and more modern shape than left by Moyes Fergie.

Ideally they will want Pep when his time at Bayern is up and who is the man who brought through a lot of players at both Bayern and Barca that Pep went on to dominate with?
