Manchester United

LVG will stick Rooney's bald head at CF as soon as he's fit again and Martial & Memphis will continue their exile on the wings / bench.
How many minutes have mata, martial and memphis played together this past month ? lol.

You just gotta be patient, say, 5 more years? Im sure the "philosophy" will be working by then. I hope he stays with you for many years, good luck :)

No need to be sarky over that. If there's anything worthy in epl, it's patience and faith fans show to their teams.
Hate to see those virtues being mocked.

Yeah, respect for United for giving him time, and the fans are quite patient as well. Still, i dislike the club too much.

I was at the game.

They were shockingly bad apart from a few great chances

the most surprising to me was actually, that United was involved in a match-of-the-season contender.

Unbelievable that they couldn't even make it out of one of the easiest CL groups, after spending close to £200M.

Already 4 pages in the "LvG Out" thread on redcafe

Really don't see how this would be one of the easiest groups, to be honest. I'd say the average quality of the teams in the group is higher than in Chelsea's group, Atleti's group, Real's group, etc. There's no top team, true, but there's also no really weak side in it, whereas most groups have at least one really crappy side in them.

United fans what are your opinions on LVG, should we keep him if he gets only top 4 this season, with Ancelotti and Pep maybe available or give him a final year as long as he gets top 4. Would not blame last night on him as we had so many injuries with 4 u-21 making debuts and Fellaini playing CM, but the results against PSV were our downfall and they were on him. I'm starting to think LVG may have peaked and getting top 4 is the maximum he can do, as he never really dominated at Bayern/Barca.

At the very least he now needs to go close to winning the title whilst getting the team to play attractive, cohesive football. I doubt it will happen and can see him leaving in the summer. Ancelotti issued a come and get me plea a few days ago and I hope the club are smart enough to at least sound him out.

People mentioning Moyes: he was completely out of his depth, alienated most of the players and set us back greatly. Any progress we made in the CL that year was in spite of him and down to the senior players.

So you think Man Utd would have had an easier time topping PSG or real over wolfsburg or psv ?
