Halfway through the season and he still doesn't look good enough for Chelsea.

Granted his rise going from the B team to the likes of Eibar, Getafe, and Brighton to Chelsea is actually pretty impressive in a short amount of time. But in overall ability I don't think there's much room for growth, he managed to morph himself into a hard-working disciplined player that is tidy enough on the ball but that's about his ceiling I think. Doubt he'll ever be some attacking beast like Chelsea fans are hoping, as he's just not that good enough in that regard.
