The reality is that PSG only has more money than the other big clubs in France. If Nasser takes his money and invests it in either of O.M, Lyon, Saint Etienne, or Monaco, they will be viewed as bigger clubs than PSG.
Paris Saint-Germain is born in 1970 ... Stop your bullshit. We have 11 national cups, more than any other club in France ... in 46 years... O.M. has only 10 national cups in more than one century. 6 Championship, 1 European Cup. I'm proud of it.

The Qataris have more important things to deal with at the moment. The blockade by the other Gulf countries is probably upper most in their minds and when that's resolved they will tell VERRATTI to either come back or rot on the bench.
If VERRATTI is really stubborn this could get messy and expensive for us.
I really think we should deal with PSG in a different way. They're a club with huge financial clout. Why alienate them? This board is stupid.

All big clubs have to keep at least two or three top players. If Paris sell Verratti, the project restart from 0. He is a symbol of the qatarian ambition in Paris. Those guys are very proud. He can stay, but there will be whole lot of resentment. He will never give 100% again for you. Thats the whole deal of players wanting to move out and clubs not letting him. Its better to be realistic and rational, take the money and buy replacement. They cannot spend as much as they would because of fair play issues.

Nasser is just an employee who got free money from the Emir who is the actual owner of PSG. I don't think the Emir is in a position now to start a media circus and bullying that involves a star player. The Qataris finally got humbled by their big neighbors.
They lose Verratti, they will go after Mbappe.
