Marco Verratti

DonAK

President of FC Barcelona
No, you are wrong and full of it. PSG is not own by Qatari government, it's owned by Oryx Qatar Sports Investment, which is privately held organization. That's an organization involved in many corruption cases and the chairman is none other than Nasser. So much to be proud of..

Emir of Qatar owns 70% of QSI.

In fact it was founded by the Emir itself.

Well, he says that it doesn't belong to emir. At the end of the day it's not government owned organization and if Qatari emir owns 70% of it , that makes him double wrong.

if I'm Verratti and either Barca or Real come along I'd do anything to join them. You only have one career and to play for one of, if not the biggest club in the world is something almost no player can turn down.

Those are the cards so learn to accept it because whilst Verratti can have all the money in the world at PSG why on earth would he continue ply his trade in French football in his prime years. La Liga is just too attractive a proposition and would raise his profile even higher.

Another bullshit from MD, as usual. Henrique explained that the contract extension will be discussed in july.

forgetting the all mighty all powerful Nasser for a second, how do you feel as a PSG fan that one of your most important players desperately wants to leave?

You should do some research on Qsi (besides reading Wikipedia).

I am talking about qsi and like I said do some research. It is more complicated than what's on Wikipedia. And of course their own website will not tell you the full truth behind the organisation.

I don't work for CIA and I cannot fly to Qatar to investigate. Their website states they are privately own, same does the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. If you have a better information published somewhere else, maybe you could share.

This sums it up really. Offering larger contracts is no use once you're heart is set on moving to Barca or Madrid. In terms of appeal these two clubs have always been the elite and it's pretty much every footballers dream to play for either of them. Countless big name players have left big clubs to move to La Liga to play for Barca/Real and really i can't see how Verratti will stay at PSG now it's confirmed he wants to go too.

Oryx Qatar Sports Investment is a shareholding company, do you understand what's shareholding means? Nasser is the chairman but not the owner.

Can you read and comprehend a written sentence? That's exactly what I said

Or maybe you don't understand what shareholder means or privately held means.I can explain, hopefully you can understand(and next time don't educate others on things you don't understand well ). Many companies have shareholders, however they can be public or privately held. Microsoft for example is a public company and you can become a shareholder by buying their stock in stock market. Dell on the other hand is privately held company, because shareholders decided to reacquire the company shares from the market and Dell currently is privately held corporation and it does have shareholders.
