Totally agree. He looks immature on the field for me. Should have left PSG though. Looks to be stagnating for a long time. He's not playing better than he did 3-4 years ago. Other players improve tenfold in that period. He shows the same weaknesses over and over again.

There is no self reflection and self-criticism going in this PSG team. The response seems to be to buy players, basically leaving the underlying problems untouched, in which case they just impose themselves on the newcomers just the same.

Players usually get that overrated at some point early in their career, usually when they are 22-24 and people tend to get wow with their ability but not counting their weakness, with time players show that weakness bu then they either improve or stay where they are. As it seems right now Verratti hasn't developed well in past few years and is getting exposed more

He was good in the first half, bad in the second. Hence, an average performance. Considering Real went with a weak/bench midfield, he should be bossing in the game.
As I have said earlier, when the going gets tuff he's nowhere to be seen. Hampered the team again with the stupid card when he needed to perform, when the team needed him the most.
Good technical player though.

Not a clutch player. Getting thrown out of a huge game like this for a temper tantrum, regardless of the score, that is just unforgiveable. Never, never, never let him on the Barca squad. PSG should sell him, and also clean house on some of their other players who have been there for a while. They are not and never will be winners on the biggest stage. Build a refreshed PSG, based around Neymar and Mbappe.

Yeah, you see, the problem is the club itself, you cant just build a proper team out of oil money from Quatar. Things are not going to change all of the sudden.
