Relax. He would have been nice on loan for some depth, but without Man Utd covering at least half of his salary and Ansu leaving it wasn't possible for us.

I’d assume so. To be honest I think him joining us is a sensible move trying to build his career back up. There’s far less expectation and eyes on him at Villa than at Barca.

Gives him a chance to knuckle down and try and get some confidence back. At Barca he’d be an expensive back up option.
