Balotelli is probably one of the most entertaining players in the game both on and off the field. While Rooney just does stupid things for pointless reasons (like sleeping with prostitutes while his hot wife is at home pregnant or the infamous u-turn...), Balotelli just has a way of cocking up... even when he doesn't intend to.
