I love the player, hate the rumors. He should stay at Dortmund and become a legend there especially since he comes from their youth academy. They are growing into a european superpower anyway and who better to lead them than their beloved young star. He's a great passer and actually could fit into the barca system due to his proficiency at quick link up passes and agility. But i'd rather stay with the lineup we have now and not go after another expensive-ass attacking player and really focus on defenders and goalkeepers. One goalkeeper we should get is Ter Stegen which is like a PERFECT option. 20 years old, amazing talent, could be a cheap buy from Monchengladbach. Also, all the money that's saved in the transfer budget could go to developing the youth players we already have and scouting more quality defenders/goalkeepers. The more cantera products, the better.

I agree with you Iniesta123, however with the talk of spending a ludicrous amount of money on Neymar; I would prefer to bring in one of Reus/Gotze for cheaper. My ideal scenario is using the money supposedly for Neymar to buy Hummels or maybe some other very, very good CB.

definitely. i absolutely hate the idea of neymar coming to barca. He's overrated, expensive as hell, and unnecessary. I would like Hummels but again he's Dortmund's captain so i don't see it happening There are tons of other options for the money such as Dede, ter Stegen, or as i said before improving the defensive scouting area of the cantera.

I agree with you all. Reus/Gotze/Hummels any one of these, or a combination of them would be far wiser than bringing in Neymar.

Even tho i don't see Hummels leaving, Gotze should be a consideration, if not now, certainly the future.

Instead of getting Neymar for like 60 million, we should just get Gotze and Hummels for around that or a little more and then sell one of the surplus forwards.

It's not like Dortmund needs the money, their current squad is just fine. They have no reason to sell two young players who are talented and have good team chemistry.
