Like I said he's a shit player. And when I say that I mean he's a shit player for Barca. Probably good enough for a mid-table or lower table level team which he was at Leganes.

Martin is not shit, because you are not automatically shit just because you cannot cut it at Barca. That logic does not hold.
By that logic every Barca player is shit because they are not at the level of Messi. You see how I just placed the bar that determines what a shit player is?

It is not about being wrong. It is about proper description and valuations of player. Martin is not shit because some random weirdo on a forum says he is, he also is not enjoyable because I say he is.
But when knowledgeable people say he has quality albeit not Barca quality shit is simply not the proper adjective to describe him. Below Barca level, yes. The fact that some people here think they can and should form the narrative around certain players are pathetic, and this is a good example.
I think I will trust coaches, players and the likes more so than random people calling him shit, but that does mean I also will not point out how ignorant it is.
