Choosing money over development prove many times to be right decision for many footballers tbh
Kids could fail to reach their potential in any youth system ,even in best academies like Barca and Ajax and in this case he could just found himself failing and skipping some big deals in the process
Now he gets a money enough for his life time ,if he succeeds gr8 ,if not then it isn't really a failure
